The hotel is nicely decorated. Our indoor hot spring bath is nicely arranged. Dinner was delicious. Certainly, few more or a larger piece of wagyu beef will be great. Breakfast has lots of variety.

口コミで朝食ビュッフェを絶賛する声が多かったので期待していましたが、予想以上でした！ すごく種類多くて、きれいで、食べたいもの全部はとてもじゃないけど食べきれませんでした。 あと、お風呂は大浴場のみで露天風呂がなく、すこし物足りなさを感じました。

夕食は食事途中、しかもワインをボトルでオーダーした後に、サービス終了時間を一方的に言われ唖然とした。最初に言うべきでしょう。 駐車場は地下にあるが、フロントのある1Fには階段のみで、エレベーターが無い。車からスーツケースを運ぶのに難儀した。 とにかく、従業員ファーストで、おもてなしの感じは全く無い感じ。 温泉旅館ホテルと期待してはいけません。 値段はそれなりに高いのに、連泊をキャンセルしようとしたら50%のキャンセル料とおっしゃる。 さすがにそれはないでしょうとクレイムを言ってやっと0にしてくれた。 お値段の高いビジネスホテルと思えば、満足できるかも。
