The room was comfortable and more spacious than some other hotels I've stayed in before in Japan and for a really good price for 3 nights. I would definitely come back here again.

The hotel itself is not that great. The room is cleaned to the bare minimum and found some obvious new “stains” on the dust ruffle. But it was fine for a couple days not really worth the price. The rooms are tiny. Staff were friendly but nothing stood out besides the good location of the hotel.

Good location and clean.

Clean, compact and comfortable. Perfect for a couple . Located close to Sanomiya and Motomachi subway stations. Bfast not available. Room was cleaned everyday. Would def consider staying there again.

Have you ever wanted a mirror that doesn't fog up?

Well now you do, and this hotel has it, albeit it's a section of the mirror but it impressed me! The Kobe branch in particular was super clean, a very new building, and not too far from Sannomiya station. Sannomiya itself is where most of it in Kobe happens too, so the location is very convenient. Staff was very professional.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. There’s a lot of great shops and restaurants nearby, within a 10 minute walk. Perhaps the only downside I can think of is street access. Not a problem if you’re walking or taking the train, but if you need a taxi/car it’s something to consider. The entrance is down a one-way street, and the first taxi we called couldn’t find us. The staff explained the location to the second taxi though and it got sorted quickly and efficiently. Cannot reiterate enough how nice the staff were.
