For our travels the location on the west side of Knoxville just off I-40/I-75 was perfect. Also close to several good chain restaurants. Even though close to expressways, location was quiet, no highway noise. Will stay here in the future.

Clean rooms and very nice staff!! The hotel feels a little outdated. Also, in my room, the sheer curtains in the large window was torn (large tears) and the shower curtain was torn in multiple places.

Just passing thru. Checked in at 0200 and out at 0830 in a whirlwind trip. Found the beds clean and comfortable. The AC was up to the task. Parking was convenient. Staff was helpful. Overall, one of the nicest LaQuinta Inns Ive stayed at in a while.

For the price, it was a very good place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean as well. The parking is slightly interesting, you have to drive through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotels parkingā€¦other than that it was a good experience. Would stop again.

We've had bad experiences with other motels. What a relief it was to arrive at LaQuinta and find the place clean, the parking was good, the staff was very accomodating and our room was very clean. Breakfast was set out early so we got to enjoy a little food before we headed back out on the road. Would definitely stay at a LaQuinta again!

This hotel is in a transition period and it is coming along very nicely. When walking into the lobby, you feel welcomed and it looks great. I love the breakfast nook where the food is in a separate room. I do wish that they would add grits, bacon and biscuits to their breakfast. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The refrigerator was so cold that it froze what we put in it. There was the smell of food on our floor which only made us hungry. Our overall stay was great. There was a gas station in close proximity as well. We highly recommend this hotel.
