The room was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator, which made my 5 day stay easier. However, there was no maid service during my stay - including no trash service.

Our room was infested with flies and after complaining, we were moved to another room. A wheel was missing from the desk chair and was told it would be replaced in about 10 minutes. It took two more requests and an hour later the chair was replaced. The breakfast area was in a room labeled "Conference Room" and the breakfasts were very sparse. There was nothing but coffee, juice, and very small muffins. A snow blower was parked inside the room, and the tables and chairs appeared to be placed in the room haphazardly, as if they were meant to be in a storage room. The best thing about the room was the sheets. They were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well.

Not at all what it looks like on the advertisement. Very sketchy and dirty. Room was stale smelling. My room had golf clubs and a full trash can outside the door. I was exhausted so I managed to sleep. I worried about my vehicle all night. Bathroom was clean.

The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..

The bed was fairly comfortable but if you’re short, you may have to get a stool to stand on so you can climb in as it is very high off the floor. Other guests were extremely load until the early hours of the morning (4am). Although the amenities were good, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and there was no coffee maker. Due to the noise disturbances alone, I would not stay there again.

The price was good and check in was also pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The bed was comfy so the place served its purpose however it is in need of a serious remodel and upgrades. Hopefully in the future, some physical improvements can be made.

Headboards had residue from previous guests, breakfast was minimal, overall appearance outside was run down, room remodel was poorly done, most other guests were quiet but several lived on the property and smoked in cars and outside rooms. Good value hotel. This not a five star hotel but it's perfect for the price. Rooms were clean & updated. (I stayed here last year when it was the Rodeway Inn). The beds were comfortable. And staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially when we had another family member join us at the last minute and need a rollaway bed. It's conveniently located by the highway. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very Comfy bed and well equipped room. However, even thought is a "no smoky" room when you step inside the room, the smell of cigarettes invades you, the smell is so impregnated that it never dissipates. Likewise, the pillows had a strange smell, like Arm Pit. I recommend that they seriously improve the cleaning.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The property did get fresh paint and fixtures in the room but overall from the outside it isn't the prettiest. My wife when pulling up was oh boy, what did you bring me to? But in the room we were pleasantly surprised. Coffee and breakfast were good.
