“Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. “Muy bueno estuvimos muy contentas ”

“Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taking care of, from the check-in, where you’re received in a stunning lobby with drinks and food, then the room with the most beautiful view on the ocean. You can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Every single person working in this hotel was helpful and smiling. The gym is also great, with all the machine you need for a great workout. If coming to Sanur, Bali...
