staff is very helpful and if we would’ve forgotten anything they had it for us. And I loved that it was a dog friendly hotel and we get to see some pets while we were there. I do wish it had a hot tub in the pool, balcony room to be able to smoke outside without going down three floors to the parking lot but everything else was perfect.

Hotel was conveniently located, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was what you’d expect for a free continental breakfast. Pool was smaller than expected and it was super slippery around it. Can’t beat the quality for the price though so I would stay again.

Room was clean, but had a slight pet odor to it. The staff was professional and friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The continental breakfast was quite good and well maintained. This hotel allows pets. There may have been a special dog hotel promotion or some type of dog competition going on because there were a lot of dogs on the premises while we there.

Nice location right next to the outlets in Kittery ME. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The only negative was the shower needed a little tightening to get the correct pressure to flow from the upper shower area. The shower wand option worked fine. Breakfast area was minimal but well stocked. Would have loved a pastry or two as an option but there were muffins as well as the usual eggs and bacon. Good value for the price

This place is actually in Kittery, Maine (not Portsmouth), so feel free to go up to York Beach or to Portsmouth markets - all close by. Makes this a very conveniently located hotel.

Check in went smoothly. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in smelled of old wet dog. The smell was so ferocious it literally smacked you in the face as soon as you entered the room. I know they advertise as pet friendly but this was ridiculous.I went to the front desk in the morning to request a room change which we were able to do only to not have a working television. After going to the front desk to ask for help with the television, the front desk person did not seem to want to help. It ended as they were not a television repair person. So, no television for us that night as we were checking out in the morning. I definitely would not recommend to my friends.
