“My husband and I had a week stay here after selling our home. We appreciate the overall cleanliness and amenities of the hotel; however, I should mention, the stairwells do need attention as we found them to be quite dirty. Candy wrappers and other trash remained in the stairwells the full week we were at the hotel. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating and the overall presentation of the hotel is clean. The parking is great and the breakfast selection is fine.”

“It was average”

“I stay at this hotel twice a year. It is well-maintained and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and I appreciate their concern for my requests.”

“Great place, friendly staff, and an awesome breakfast.”

“…”

“Very worn out hotel. Thankfully a quick sleep here. Did not do breakfast here either.”

“Clean and comfortable. The new 10 dollar a head breakfast offer is a Smitty's restaurant in the hotel. 4 choices all Full breakfast not continental style. Will be back.”

“The room was clean, but our room as advertised as sleeping five but then we had to pay extra for a cot which was a let down. The breakfast was not good at all. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there longer. The staff was friendly.”

“Very acceptable accommodation for rate and location. Friendly staff.”

“Bed bugs. Check the mattress before staying here. I woke up covered in bites, and when I raised my concerns, the woman I spoke with called me a liar, as though I would have any reason to make something like that up. The room was also extremely noisy, the door didn't latch properly, and there was no ventilation. I was driving through to Regina and just needed a clean, comfortable place to get some rest for me an my dogs. Very disappointing. Never again.”

“First room, no heat. second room, No heat control. Third room heat but tramatized me for awhile... cockroach infestation. We were moved to their sister hotel... however, when reached out to Expedia, and Expedia reached out to the hotel. Not even a refund was offered. It had to be asked for and they never gave a refund. I feel I will forever be haunted and never want to sleep in lloydminster again.”
