Comfortable enough room and beds, however very dated building and somewhat musty. Every staff member was VERY polite and helpful. Good continental breakfast included and restaurant/bar on premises had a great menu selection and was surprisingly inexpensive in relation to most similar establishments. Good place to stay if you're on a budget, but don't expect any luxuries.

I had booked the King suite, it was spectacular! Very large room I was amazed, the room was super clean when I walked in! The bed was very clean along with the bathroom and floors, can’t wait to book again!

Our room was great! Super clean can’t complain on the room for the price a night. Didn’t like the fact that the hotel it self had plp living there. A lot of activity in the back of the hotel which was a scratchy, the pool was very dirty. The staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel itself besides our room was very dirty and unmaintained, we did not eat anything from the hotel as it was very dirty in the common areas.

Lots of parking. Lobby was okay. Woman working the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, and clean but dated. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes. Pool was small and clean. I believe there are a number of people living here long term but everyone was respectful. Nice breakfast in the morning with all the basics.

The room itself was great for the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Could use some updating. It was very very dirty in the common areas. The pool was really dirty. My kid swam in there once and we never went back in after that. Our room was very very clean. Very well-maintained. Updated just the common area areas could use you know a splash of paint maybe some cleaning overall for the price can’t really go complain.

The staff were fantastic, the food from the pizza/pub next door delicious, and the location ideal walking distance from many great restaurants. The hallways reek of smoke, there were people sitting in the parking lot all day and night, and the room maintenance has not been maintained so no level of cleaning (which was well attempted) could have made that room truly clean. The reviews were right, there’s a reason the room is significantly cheaper from others in the area.
