“It was a clean hotel. The reception and rooms were well-kept and smelled clean. The two female receptionists we met during our stay were both very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room was probably kept open because we had to free or kill several different bugs. Also, they were under renovation, so we had to drive a block to get the free breakfast.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In my room, everything worked great (air conditioner, shower, refrig, microwave, TV), it was clean (there were no bugs/pests), and the WiFi was fast. The bed was comfortable and the outside highway noise didn't keep me from sleeping well. Outside security was great, as there were lights and cameras on all parking spaces and my motorcycle was untouched for my entire five nights there. Kudos to the front desk staff and manager who shifted my assigned room so I could be closer...

“The person running the motel was rude and not helpful at all. There is no free breakfast, no coffee pot in the room had to wait until 10am for the office to open. The refrigerator did not work, the first night bath tub would not drain. The ice machine is small ( there is a note stating you are only allowed one bucket of ice per day) and in the office with the coffee maker ( which you can use from 10am-10pm). A woman in charge of the motel also was upset because we asked for clean bath towels...

“During all the days I stayed, they never cleaned the room. The room smelled like humidity and the air conditioner was completely dirty. I only stayed there because of work and necessity, but it’s not healthy. The front desk staff are very rude to customers”

“I do recommend Evergreen Inn coz staff very kind and prompt, room and property very ckean and well maintained, biz/budget friendly, and it's very quiet, proper for working online during the day and perfect resting sleep at nighttime. Even so, Evergreen Inn is within walking distance to several attractions and close to the strip theaters and restaurants.”
