I loved the location and accessibility to town. Staff was very attentive to my stay and extremely professional. Security was attentive and very polite. Room was cleaned as requested to my satisfaction. Shower was luke warm to cold despite requesting for this to be addressed during my 5 day booking. Despite this I would still return to this hotel.

The feel here is something special. It's calm and real. Every part of the hotel made me feel welcome and cared for. The staff are so much friendly. The hotel is perfectly clean, secure and a peaceful spot in the middle of the town

The highlight of the stay were the friendly staff. The room was clean, but the shower floor drains are semi clogged and slow, so the shower or entire bathroom floor does get flooded when you shower. There is no AC, so depending on the time of the year, the room can get hot. The complementary WiFi was fast and appreciated. The complementary breakfast had variety and was tasty and authentic to the local culture with continental breakfast options provided as well.

The room was decent but there was no air conditioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy. They did bring us a fan to use. There is no counter space in the bathroom to set anything on. One of the elevators was out most of the time so we used the stairs to go down to the ground floor. The staff was very nice. Restaurant was nice. Free breakfast was good.

This hotel is about as good as it gets in Kisii! It’s walking distance to the best grocery store and downtown walk around shopping. It can be very loud outside, the gym isn’t anything special and the food can really be hit or miss but the connection to the culture and proximity to a lot of things quickly makes it the best in the area. Above all it’s very safe.

The standout feature, though, is the excellent staff—Eric, Boston, Charles, and Judy were attentive and friendly, making my dining experience unforgettable. Special mention goes to Bramwel, whose beautiful smile brightened my day! If you're in Kisii, don't miss out on this gem! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Dallas Premier! From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. The front desk attendant was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during check-in, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Although we didn't get a room with a balcony, we were still very pleased with the accommodations. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dallas Premier to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great overall experience.

Run down. Hot. A dog that barked all night, every night and sounded like he was INSIDE the hotel. Staff said they talked to the neighbor, who owns the dog, and he refuses to do anything. I suggest the hotel take this review and many others like it and show the neighbor. Finally, the shower threw water all over the bathroom on slippery floors. We used a towel to get to the toilet without falling, and then they manager tried to charge us for a new towel because the one we had "was too dirty." Did I mention the dog? I love dogs. I hate terrible owners.

One thing after another.

The room requested was not given to us, at the first night, dogs in the area were so loud until I was unable to sleep. They changed the rooms but water ran from the shower and the added the adjoining room for us to use the shower. The dogs continued to keep us awake. When preparing to leave the hotel I found that someone had rear ended the van to the extent that it punctured the tire. Wait staff in the dining area were extremely slow!
