Amazing hotel- wonderful experience. Super comfy bed, warm and toasty! We didn’t see the Northern Lights but we got a blanket of beautiful snow instead. Highly recommend a trip to Kiruna.

This hotel was fantastic! Very beautiful, it smelled lovely, and the rooms were amazing. The thoughtfulness of the hand written card and candy in the room upon check-in was so kind. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to visit again one day! Thank you!

Nice place in a convenient location

Very nice hotel conveniently close to shopping and parking. If you want to visit the Iron mine (and you should) the meeting place only is a 5 min walk away. Impressive breakfast buffet in nice surroundings. The hotel has a great roof terrace, however the outside only has seating for about 12 people which is just not adequate for such a big hotel.

Very new and nice hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is also good. Unfortunately, with almost no vegan options. We also booked the spa which was worth it with nice views. The gym is nicely equipped (for a hotel gym) and also offers nice views from the top floor.

A remarkably beautiful totally new hotel with quality refurbishment and well-thought details. Warm welcome by the staff member and inside information about Kiruna. A spacious beautiful room with a large bed. A lovely bathroom. Delicious food in the pub next door. A nice breakfast but a bit crowdy.

My new Hotel of Choice in Kiruna

I had a great experience at the Elite Hotel Frost. This was helped, I’m sure, by the fact that I was given a free upgrade to a premium room. The front desk staff were delightful. The lobby was very cozy (giving it a somewhat different feel from the Scandic Hotel around the corner). The restaurant had excellent Lapland-themed meals for dinner and a traditional Swedish breakfast with lots of options (including vegan ones). I loved the design of my room, which was simultaneously upscale and contemporary, but also really brought the feeling of nature into the room. The bed was comfortable, and they had a “pillow menu,” so guests with different preferences could choose the firmness and thickness that worked best for them. The bathroom, similarly, had a stand-out design, with nice use of indirect lighting
 and a towel warmer. Being a new hotel, the whole place was impeccable. The newness had its downsides, as the hotel was still a work in progress. The parking garage was not completed (which was fine, since I was there in August and not the snowy months). The spa was open (pool and sauna), but had not yet started offering spa treatments. On the whole, I liked the Elite Frost better than the Scandic, where I stayed last year, though the free upgrade maybe makes this an unfair comparison. Elite Hotel Frost will be my hotel of choice when in Kiruna.

Amazing

Fantatiskt hotell, med snygg inredning. Service i restaurangen en aning svajig, men man fÄr lov att vara ny pÄ ett arbete, hur ska man annars lÀra sig. Maten uppvÀgde för detta. Bra gym. EnastÄende! LÀtt att ta sig till hotellet vid nybyggda stadshustorget. Hotellet upplevdes lyxigt, framförallt efter dagar i vildmarken, men Àven utan det har det hög standard. Maten i restaurang Fe var otrolig, med en unik och inspirerande meny, utsikten pÄ rooftoop-baren var lika underbar som drinkarna, och spa:t var en fantastisk upplevelse - modernt och med allt som behövs för att ÄterhÀmta sig. BÀst av allt var personalen; frÄn hotelldirektören, till personalen i restaurangen, receptionen, spa:t och den fantastiska bartender som jobbade torsdag 7/8, alla med ett leende och en stolthet över att göra sina gÀsters upplevelse till nÄgot över förvÀntan - Hotel Frost Àr ett mÄste nÀsta gÄng jag Äker till Kiruna!

Lyxigt och frÀscht

FrÀscht och lyxigt hotell! I badrummet fanns en regndusch, det gjorde det lilla extra. SÀngen var stor och skön, det var en enda stor madrass. SÄ man ramlade inte ner mellan sÀngarna. Rummet var dock vÀldigt varmt trots att vi försökte sÀnka temperaturen under natten. Vi fick inte till det. Vi Ät middag pÄ takbaren, vi Ät olika mindre rÀtter som var lite annorlunda men supergoda. Hon som stod i baren blandade de godaste drinkarna och vi kÀnde oss sÄ omhÀndertagna utav henne. Frukosten var ocksÄ magisk! Det var ett stort utbud och mycket platser. Overnight oatsten och chia puddingen fÄr man inte missa!
