I had a terrible experience at Leon Hotel, which ruined the start of my vacation. I arrived on Monday and initially got a beautiful room, but there was excessive noise from construction work. I asked to change rooms, which they did, but the new room was dirty and had a strong smell like it hadn't been cleaned. I asked to change again, and they gave me a room with a beautiful view. However, issues continued: ‱ WiFi was off in the room. ‱ On the second day, there was no water for showering. I spoke to the manager, who promised to fix the issue, but initially, I had to go out without showering or brushing my teeth. ‱ I paid for a 3-day stay, but honestly, it was the worst experience ever. It ruined my holiday. ‱ Because of this, I booked another hotel in the city. The reception and staff at Leon Hotel were nice and welcoming, but they didn't seem to have the power to make things better due to system

Si vous ĂȘtes futĂ©, vous pouvez tenter de nĂ©gocier le tarif avec la direction. L’assortiment de plats Ă©talĂ©s sur plusieurs comptoirs est absolument fabuleux. Le Bad. Comme toujours, c’est ici que les choses se gĂątent. PremiĂšrement, l’Internet est une blague. Mieux vaut venir avec son propre modem, car vous pourriez trĂšs bien passer la journĂ©e sans capter une once de wifi. DeuxiĂšmement : Ă©vitez les chambres avec moquette. La moquette de LĂ©on HĂŽtel, que ce soit dans les couloirs ou dans les chambres, semble dater de Mathusalem – ou plus exactement du temps des colons. J’exagĂšre (Ă  peine), mais choisissez de prĂ©fĂ©rence une chambre carrelĂ©e. Le Ugly. Attachez votre ceinture. On entre dans le dur. Les serviettes de LĂ©on HĂŽtel sont aussi propres que
 votre imagination le permet. On dirait qu’elles sont lavĂ©es dans les caniveaux du boulevard, puis ramenĂ©es Ă  l’hĂŽtel en pousse-pousse. Je regardais par la fenĂȘtre, voyais passer ces pousse-pousses, et je me disais : « Tiens, voilĂ  nos serviettes qui reviennent ! » Mais parfois, les pousse-pousses reviennent vides. Et lĂ , pas de serviettes. LĂ©on HĂŽtel a de bons cĂŽtĂ©s, c’est indĂ©niable. Mais prĂ©parez-vous Ă  une expĂ©rience contrastĂ©e : entre petit-dĂ©jeuner princier et serviettes souillĂ©es.
