Continental breakfast is a bit bare. Perhaps add bacon or some sort of option. For now it's too basic. TVs in rooms are tiny. Too tiny. Property is a bit dated, but the staff is very friendly and and helpful

We thought the food was excellent. It was presented in a very professional and appetizing manner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the grounds which contained mature mango trees and beautiful native plants and flowers. The fitness center was well equipped and was a welcome amenity. We will be happy to stay there in the future and would like to see the re-establishment of the game room.

Breakfast could have been better. I spent 7 nights at four season hotel and I took continental breakfast 3 morning which was 2 slice of toast bread, egg a slice of pastry " every day the same menu" no changes" and thats the reason I didn't take Breakfast every day. Room was clean but the AC was a mess. Room was a bit warm because either the AC was programmed that low or the unit needs to be serviced. Overall the stay is average, but worst of all the airflow in Room was awful

I must say - having arrived nearly Midnight, the clerk failed to tell us there was an elevator. so, my husband and I struggled up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage to the room available because the room we requested, which was by the pool, was assigned to another customer. However, as the days continued, the staff were very pleasant and the meals were very tasty, especially the Jamaican breakfasts - delicious. So, the opportunity to get a sense of what the hotel was about. I would recommend the hotel as it is in the heart of New Kingston -- it is clean, safe and reasonable for the fee charged.

95 % of the staff is very nice…helpful supportive and friendly ..some of the rooms furniture could be a little more modern…l main issue is mosquito and some ants need more attention…Their food is excellent..overall it’s very relaxing there …its affordable for my pocket , its comfortable and l feel very safe…

Rooms were well kept, the continental breakfast could have been better options, overall good, had an unfortunate accident with one of there paper cups the bottom gave way and Burnt my ankle, the nurse and staff was very attentive, still hurts discoloration saw my Doctor as well, will be a permanent mark...but other than that Stay was good..

The hotel is located close to constant spring Ave where all the restaurants and live action is. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was excellent. No excessive noise and surrounding were safe for walking to the grocery store, a 20 min walk. I enjoyedy stay at the Hotel Four Seasons.

The property is old and need to be updated, especially the rooms. The rooms are large but the bed sheets looks like old dirty comforters with the ugliest color. Also, who has tubs in bathrooms still? Staff was very accommodating but there was no local food served at the restaurant except for curry goat which was not good. I would say this hotel is in a somewhat convenient spot close to food spots in Half way tree but needs some updating!
