The elevator does not go to the second level of underground parking making it a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. The property was described as having a terrace, which when I asked about it was told it has not been available for some time. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent.

Efficient, friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Lovely rooms, very spacious with nice linens. Air Conditioner works great although a bit loud. Breakfast Bento boxes were a wonderful treat in the morning. Perfect location for sightseeing, eating and drinking. Will definitely return. Handy parking, whether within the hotel or nearby.
