Nicely maintained and located hotel with an easy drive to Kingsport and Johnson City. The hotel also has nice and helpful staff with well lit parking lots. A couple of fast food places are also right next to the hotel, which is very convenient!

Staff is nice, comfortable beds, our floor was quiet. The down side is horrible bath soap bars. Very thin and not even enough soap for one person to get through one shower. Had to purchase more soap to get by.

Although this property is a little bit dated, we found it to be clean, mattress comfortable, water pressure great, shower head powerful, plus, you get a full-size tub. Rooms of this age tend to be a bit larger than current properties. TVs could use an update but were functioning well and had a hi-def picture.

I stay here three times a year. It’s always clean and staff very kind and helpful. However this trip was different. Stink bugs were on the walls and on the ceiling and in the widows. Front desk said nobody could come kill them until the next morning. We killed them. But then looked in the window and curtains and they were everywhere. When I saw them in the air condition unit I knew it was infested. Thankfully we were given a new room on the first floor. With no bugs. I pleaded with staff to check the room before I agreed to stay in the new room. Bc I had planned to sleep in my car. The other couple next to us also said their room was like that but they saw roaches too. The new room was fine. But please get rid of the problem of stink bugs!!

Stayed this weekend for a local convention. To be fair, we weren't in the room except for sleeping and showering. Saying that, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast the first morning was kind of eh but this morning a lot better. It's part of our stay so can't complain much. They need to fix a few street lights. There are at least 2 that blink. Check in and out was easy. I would more than likely stay again. All in all no major complaints.
