This is motel on a well-traveled road, so we weren't expecting much, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The noise wasn't as bad as we had feared (although we travel with a white-noise machine), and we got a good night's sleep.

Small motel run by the proprietor. It is a great place to crash. I don't think it would be great for a longer stay with kids as there is no pool or playground. Definitely will stay next time traveling through Bend.

Bed is very comfortable, with 5, extra fluffy pillows. That was nice. AC was quiet, worked well. Bathroom is small, but adequate. It's an older hotel, but well kept. This is our 3rd time staying here, as we visit family there. I always feel safe, I use a cane, & I can manage well in the room, good phone & TV reception w/free InterNet

Check in went smoothly. We were greeted by a smiling face and were assigned to a very clean and lovely room with comfy beds and good TV service. Wifi was quite slow, but from what I've heard that seems to be a "Kingman" thing, not a "motel" thing.

Large, clean, well maintained room with comfortable bed. Only complaint was the noise. It’s close to a busy road and the floor of the room above us squeaked with every step.

The room was excellent for someone looking for a clean functional room to spend a comfortable night. The staff is friendly and helpful. Along Route 66, the Ramblin Rose is nicely situated and a close drive to gas stations and a laundromat, two places I was looking for.

The hotel was good for a one night stop as we traveled westbound on Route 66. The room had been remodeled and was clean. The location was close to Beale St. the main road for route 66 sightings and it was also near the visitor center.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Just stayed one night, but would choose it again. The bathroom was very small and didn't have much counter space. Also noticed the lack of a GFI safety outlet in bathroom.

One might expect a budget motel to have some degree of shabbiness. This was not the case here. Everything here was neat as a pin and perfectly clean. Very nice.
