Pretty views! Staff was friendly and the lodge was cute. Suite was over $500 a night for prime fall weekend, so we had a little higher expectations for the facility. No heat! Temperature hit 40s at night and we were so cold the first night that we could barely sleep. The solution the following day was to bring a small space heater and place it by the bed. Seemed a little sketchy for that price! We also reserved a suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub jets didn't work! We could hear the motor turn on, but that was it. Also no hot water! The water was barely warm. I reported it to the front desk, and it didn't appear to be new news. We had a full kitchen with dishes, but no dish soap, dishwasher pods, or hand towels. We had a coffee maker with no coffee. There is a little store in the lodge, so I had hoped to buy coffee there, but none was available. The front desk did give me a pack when I inquired, but no cream and sugar was available. For the price we paid, we had anticipated having those items in the kitchen. The "community coffee" was empty both mornings. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but for that price, we will definitely choose another option next time we visit Killington.
