Lilu was incredibly helpful when she worked with my friend and I on a delayed check in from flight issues. The staff was so pleasant, personal and could not recommend staying here enough. Location was right in town and short walk to the shops and restaurants

This was a great place to stay in Killarney--just off of the high street, so it was quiet and comfortable. It was surprisingly warm during our time there, so I was grateful for the fan they provided and the ability we had to fully open our windows. The included breakfast was the BEST we had on our entire two week trip. Truly wonderful all around.

It is a lovely hotel off the main drag in the city. The staff, Lila in particular, was so helpful. We ate our breakfast there. The food was good. The first night prosecco was a wonderful touch.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating - The lady on reception was particularly welcoming when I arrived by bike after a long day of cycling! We were also offered a complimentary drink on arrival so went straight to the bar. The hotel is dog friendly and even set us up with our own breakfast table in the reception area in the morning. Very close to bars and restaurants close by, 5* - Would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Friendly helpful staff Receptionist gave excellent recommendation for a place to eat. Housekeeping set up a cot for my baby grandaughter. Room close to reception and accessible for baby buggy. Lovely bright room with two double beds with garden view. Quiet street - no passing traffic. Great location, short walking distance from centre of Killarney with lots of shops & restaurants. our stay was wonderful the staff was very helpful and kind! we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival which just made it feel so special especially after a long drive to get there. it was perfectly hidden in the area so it was quiet but also a very quick walk to food, shopping, and pubs. i would definitely recommend this place

The room was large and had ample storage options for our luggage. Additional seating was nice. The bathroom was spotless and much larger than others on our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and able to provide information on the area. The breakfast area was inviting. He had prepaid for the full breakfast. My wife liked the continental breakfast and I really liked the full breakfast options.
