The condo was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean and sunsets from the spacious lanai. Anyone renting this second story property needs to be aware that the parking is a story lower than the first floor, so you need to take luggage up one ramp, then around the back and up a full flight of stairs. Also the property is advertised as “on the beach”, but the beach was probably a a quarter mile down a steep hillside.

The grounds and outdoor amenities are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We had a great time but spent little time in the condo itself. The condo would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some updating.

Condo was a little old but it was clean and had everything we needed. Close proximity to all the wailea and makena beaches. Close to a beautiful walk area along the shoreline

This property was great for what I needed. I attended a wedding at a very expensive property near by and I was able to walk to it without spending triple the amount. It was clean, had several pools and walking distance from the beach and shopping.

Loved the area! Actual unit was smaller than we envisioned. I believe the 400 square foot size was stated somewhere, but missed when we actually booked it. We spent very little time inside so it was fine for 2 people. But would not stay there with 4 as it says you can.

The property is very family friendly, with everything we needed stocked in the kitchen and rooms, plus enough toiletries for a week's stay. The property overall is beautiful, and we liked that we could have a meal outside our apartment with some privacy provided by the plants around the patio, the pool area is amazing, located in front of the ocean with grills, lounge chairs and a kitchen and seating area that had a fridge, oven, stove and ice machines so it was super easy to spend the day at the pool and not have to go back to our place to get anything to prepare food. The staff from VTrips was also very helpful and courteous. I had to call a couple of times after hours and they always answered right away and we're friendly and knowledgeable about what I asked. Overall had a great stay and would definitely book with them again.

Unit ok, but horrible w/ construction upstairs!

The unit above me was doing a full massive renovation starting at 8am every morning. 8am is ridiculously early, and people starting coming in at 730am to prep for their 8am start and I could hear everything including them stomping back and forth in their construction boots. I went upstairs to complain and the guy said he told HOA about the construction- my unit should NOT HAVE been rented out during this time.
