Vacations Close To Kids Quest

Harrah’s is in a great location.

We usually love the property however this stay was different. Our room checking in smelled like sewer. The staff did move us. House keeping didn’t clean our room for two days. We were out of towels and toilet paper. We called down and they did send someone up finally. We love the shops and dining options close by. Perfect for going to the Sphere. So easy getting in and out staying here! Pool area was beautiful and food was great there!

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.

They charged me for taking something from the frig even though I didn’t. I put my own soda inside and forgot to remove it. Because the sensors assumed that I consumed something, I was charged a ridiculous amount for something I did not consume. And the online checkout system does not allow me to dispute the charge or provide contact info to request a refund. So they provide a frig that cannot be used for your own drink and then overcharge you. Stay away.
