“Overall, we had a very positive stay. The room was modern and comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the sheets were incredibly soft. The staff at check-in were cordial and informative, and the large TV was a nice bonus. My only complaints were the shower design, which flooded the bathroom floor after every use, and inconsistent water pressure—the cold water would briefly cut out every few minutes, resulting in an unexpected blast of hot water. Other than that, I’d happily stay here again.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. You end up with a tub of lukewarm water. Removing your keycard kills all of the power to the room, so don't leave anything important in the...
