The staff was both professional and genuine. The hotel was well maintained and located perfectly to enjoy downtown Keystone by short walk to restaurants and shopping. (And an easy 2.5-mile drive to Mount Rushmore.) This was our most memorable hotel stay on our cross-country trip - we look forward to returning to the Roosevelt!

Such a cozy, comfortable environment! While the building is older, the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower and plenty of counter space. If we’re ever in the area again, The Roosevelt will be our go to.

We spent one night here while visiting Mt Rushmore. Clean, comfortable rooms with decent beds and bathrooms. The town is all about tourism. The location is good. Close to Mt Rushmore, you still have to drive up a hill though. Breakfast is decent. There’s a large ropes course/adventure park next door, fun for kids/teenagers who are tired of road trips!

The location and parking were very good. The condition of the hotel is slightly above average, but not great. The staff more than made up for it… They were awesome at every turn!!! Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help out!
