What a nice place. They did not have the room available that we booked on expedia so they upgraded our party to two rooms right next to each other! The views were amazing. The breakfast was great. The coffee was even good:) The staff was as nice as could be. It was literally steps away to a fun little bar/restaurant with a pool table and foozball- so the kids had a great time. The beds were comfortable. I have zero complaints and would happily stay there again.

Not impressed at all. The entry way from the parking garage is through the guest services area. Seemingly only one elevator was working (In our four days only one ever came for us). Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast was there in the morning, but toasters didn't work. Yogurt was out in a large bowl uncovered. Coffee, Eggs and bacon were lukewarm. After the first day we did not return for breakfast. No on premises dining available. Entrance to the location was tough to find and the hotel was not near anything useful. Room was adequate but nothing special. The staff was friendly.

Property was nice, room was clean and what we expected. But the A/C was a constant problem. Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. A few hot sleepless nights def contributed to a lousy experience

So we have stayed multiple times and it’s been great. However, this time they did not have the king room we reserved available. They said they were low on staff. Offered us 2 queens and said we would not be charged for parking or facility fee all week. We were still charged for the week. They only honored that for one day. On day 2, the air conditioning didn’t work. They said they had no maintenance available and switched us to a king suite. We did enjoy the view. Overall the premises seemed unclean, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast wasn’t very good and they didn’t restock it when it was gone on the days we tried it. Loved the view,

Stayed in the suite - 1 king and sofa bed, which is excellent setup for a family with kids and much more roomy than avg hotel room. The downside was sofa could not pull out to make a bed and front office was one person running other errands and upon return explaining there is no one that can help with that until morning. Our check in took 30+ mins to get the one person to come to front desk and figure out how to find our reservation. Hope the hotel gets staffed better when in full season. Breakfast was great.

I I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Keystone. The hotel was extremely clean, which is very important to me since I am highly allergic to dust and very particular about cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The walk to the base of the mountain is a bit longer than seven minutes. We walked the first day, but since I was traveling with kids, we chose to drive to the base on the following days. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
