Our cabin was just a one bed room. It was just enough for what we needed. The room was neat and clean. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and easy check-in. It is close the Mt. Rushmore and a nice little town for shopping. Would recommend.

The cabin was clean and the staff was friendly. The property isn’t very well signed from the highway and extremely difficult to identify at night. Lots of instruction posted inside the cabin regarding potential additional charges for items damaged or missing upon checkout. Made us feel like we had to be extremely cautious with anything we used during our stay. We own several vacation rental properties in Arizona and there are just some things that are part of the cost of doing business. If a washcloth or towel comes up missing or stained now and then it’s not the end of the world and the last thing we would do is charge a renter. If there are multiples of things missing or damaged that would be different. We would never think of posting an itemized list of the cost per item for towels on the bathroom mirror. Wouldn’t be a property we would return to or recommend.
