Helpful staff, they let me store my bag upon arriving early and after checkout until my flight a few hrs later. Room was perfect and all I needed was a place to sleep and shower! Will definitely return!

It was clean and a perfect location. The private pool was nice This is a guest house. You get a room with a small frig and microwave, absolutely no ammonites, coffee pot, glasses, utensils, paper towels, cleanex, no dresser or counter. You live out of your suitcase.

We liked the clean room, access to pool was easy and so beautiful. Everything is so close by. Food, souvenir stores, beach. Parking the rental was dependent on finding a spot but luckily we would find one near. Most places in the area have limited parking. Management checked on us almost daily to make sure we had what we needed which was really nice. The chickens,roosters, iguanas were and added bonus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Tranquility Guest House! I had a wonderful experience staying at Tranquility Guest House. The location is perfect — very central and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and everything Key West has to offer. The property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the island. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding customer service. The staff was always attentive, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend Tranquility Guest House to anyone visiting Key West. It is a hidden gem with a great location, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff on the phone was very nice and checked in on us frequently however our room was dirty, the comforter was stained with yellow spots the toilet constantly ran even after the came and “fixed” it. Our tv also didn’t work. Maintenance came to fix the tv as well and it only worked that day the rest of the time our remote only could turn the tv on but we couldn’t actually watch anything as it was stuck on the Home Screen. They told us we had a late checkout but at 1045 the housekeepers came and argued with me that we should be out of the room even though normal checkout was at 11 and we were told that we could check out at 12. We will not stay here ever again. I attached pictures of the shower where the wall was crumbling and there were ants crawling out.

We stayed at Tranquility Guest House in July 2026 and really enjoyed our experience there. We booked a superior room which was plenty spacious, had a clothing rack, full length mirror, bistro dining set, mini fridge, microwave, and TV. Management reached out via text ahead of our stay to touch base with me and provide instructions for check in as there is no office on site. It was straightforward and we had no issues getting into our room. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was and how good the room smelled. We were there for a week and every time we came back to the room, it had such a fresh, clean smell. Any time we had an issue, management was easy to get in contact with. For example, shortly after our arrival, the key pad on the door to enter our room informed us the batteries were low and needed to be replaced. I texted management and they sent maintenance to fix it almost immediately. We really liked the keyless entry onto the gated premise and the room. It gave peace of mind not having to keep track of a key. The location was perfect. A stones throw from great restaurants and right off Duvall street. We could easily walk to most places and would catch the occasional Lyft when we wanted to quickly get to the other side of the island. Tranquility Guest House is a quaint and cozy hotel and we had no issues with the other guests. It was very quiet and only the occasional rooster or loud vehicle during the day. Overall we loved it and highly recommend!
