The hotel location, cleanliness and view are awesome. No complaints about anything. The unlimited cold water bottles were icing on the cake. If I’m so happy with a partial sea view room, I’ll be even happier with an oceanfront room. Maybe next time.

Fantastic location next to the marina, cruise ship docks and shopping. Hotel needs updating but the location more than makes up for that. Lolita’s Restaurant, on hotel property, is fantastic for really breathtaking sunset dining! Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in but the staff were quick to address and correct. The A/C was really loud and couldn’t quite keep up. Overall very nice resort and great location. Would gladly stay here again.

Had a great time at the facility! It’s in such a nice location, right in the heart of all the action. There was so much to see and do that I didn’t even get to take advantage of everything it had to offer. I’ll definitely do it differently next time. Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to come back!

The Opal is in a perfect spot for those who want to see everything in old historic Key West. The restaurant there was so amazing and came in handy when it rained one night! Gorgeous outside views and the pool was perfect with great service. The room and hallways are old and a little beat up and could use a little upgrade.
