Older but quaint room where we stayed but they have just added 8 new rooms. Wonderful staff and a quiet refuge on Duvall street. Lovely bar for a quiet drink. Live music at night and don’t miss the drag show upstairs. Breakfast by the pool every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Always a great place To stay. The bar is populated with so many interesting people both local and travelers . Restaurant is top notch. Situated on a quieter part of Duval St but an easy walk anywhere.

Fabulous vibe, and location

The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly, the bar was fun, and the food was really good. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel, and we ate dinner on our last night at the hotel. Again, the food was really good.

Great place!

First time to stay there and it was great! Great location right on Duval, beautiful property and very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent also, ate there for New Year’s Eve and it was the best meal we had on the island! Just be aware they there is music each nite until 11pm so don’t expect to go to sleep early.

This was the perfect Key West trip. We go down approximately every other year, and have stayed in a number of hotels and guest houses. This was absolutely the best, and we will be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else in the future. Our room? Freshly renovated, 1st floor, 50 feet from their wonderful restaurant, 25 feet from the very refreshing pool. Clean and quiet, with 2 nice chairs right outside our door in a little alcove. The location? Right on Duval Street, near the southern end. Close enough to the action but still quiet and peaceful. Lots of nice restaurants an easy stroll away. The amenities? Beside the pool, an excellent restaurant and a couple of bars. At night there was great live music in the cocktail lounge for an evening nightcap before retiring. There was a complimentary breakfast in the outdoor restaurant each morning. The service was friendly and the food was superb. Downsides? Parking is always a problem in Key West, but we left our car at the golf cart rental place, and managed to find parking for our golf cart close by every day and evening. This was not an inexpensive stay. $550/night + tax, but we both felt it was worth every penny.

La Te Da is a cute little oasis. I love all of the plants and the way everything was set up. The dining experience was wonderful! Our server was perfect and his attention to detail was remarkable. They have the best chefs. Food was perfect everytime. Front host was kind and knowledgeable. Beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Location was perfect on Duval. Easy walk to everything.

We had three wonderful nights. The place is fabulous! A piece of art or a delightful mural around every corner. Joseph our breakfast waiter was not only efficient he was so personable and made us feel so welcome. Everyone there, including the owners are a major part of the charm and hospitality. An absolute must for people seeking an eclectic environment with amazing entertainment. We absolutely adored the Christopher Peterson Icons show.

This was our first time staying at La Te Da, and I can assure you, it will not be our last! From the beautiful property and unique design of this hotel to the exceptional staff,we had a fabulous time! The bar, the food, the accommodations were top notch. What we also felt was most noteable was the service - EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE was so helpful, and polite. Id like to know how the staff is trained so well in customer service. But you can see it is a priority here. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay! Oh and we have to mention the show - RANDY ROBERTS was WONDERFUL!! so talented. Completed our stay. I highly recommend LA TE DA!

I’m not even sure where to begin. The AC barely worked—you couldn’t get the room below 72°, which in Key West feels like a personal attack. The lighting was so bad the decorative lamps seemed to exist purely for ambiance, not illumination. The sinks were clogged and barely drained. The bed was ROCK HARD. The towels were so dingy I genuinely wondered if they were clean or just leftovers from the previous guest. The door lock was broken, so you couldn’t properly close the door from the outside unless the key was left in the lock in the unlocked position. Nothing says “relaxing vacation” like wondering whether your room is actually secure. The TV looked like it was from 1999 and had TWO channels. Two. The pool was basically a giant bathtub of warm, questionable water. Refreshing? Absolutely not. And why do you have to WALK THROUGH THE RESTAURANT to get to your room? Past people eating their meals, while you awkwardly haul your luggage through their dinner. Then, because the rooms are directly below the bar, you hear EVERYTHING. Music, conversations, footsteps—you name it. Relaxation was simply not happening. And Thursday night’s singer…sorry, but he was BAD. Like, really bad. The employees were nice, so no complaints there. But the property itself? This is not for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway. La Te Da felt less like a relaxing boutique hotel and more like the place you stumble into at 3:47 a.m. after making several questionable decisions on Duval St
