This was our second stay here and we've already booked our third trip for January. We loved how close the resort was to the airport, 5 minute ride with their friendly driver Bob! The beds are so comfortable in this resort. We had a two bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly traveling with my mom so she didn't have to stay in a room alone. The pool area is so beautiful, there are always plenty of towels. We loved the shuttle down to Old Town, we utilized it daily, Johnny is such a knowledgeable driver and shares tons of facts about Key West and great recommendations for restaurants etc.

We had a great time at the Margaritaville Beach House. It was close to downtown/Duval St, but to be honest we had the most fun hanging by the pool at the resort. It had a great vibe, and the staff was so attentive and fun. They had a great menu for food by the pool and later at night for dinner. We will definetly be staying again when we return to Key West.

Wonderful stay fun, clean hotel. Very comfortable bed and room. Customer service was EXCELLENT We were here during the sargassum bloom. I would not let it stop me from returning. We took two boat trips offshore and had beautiful waters to swim in. The pool area is really fun and refreshing.

Our room was relatively clean, but the shower didn’t drain. I really appreciated the concierge for her help, and the shuttle service was awesome. Overall it was a pretty alright hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but I don’t really have complaints.

Property was very nice and the 2 bedroom we had was great for 4 kids. The pool while small, was also never nice and each staff member I interacted with (except 1) was kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not use the beach due to sea weed and sadly all the beaches on the island were so sea weed packed that we had to drive a significant way to find a beach to swim in. Which has nothing to do with the resort but still impacted our trip. Would stay here again but I would research beach conditions first
