“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“Room was paid for through Expedia ahead of time and the person using the room’s name was on it and yet the hotel took a deposit from my brother-in-law because they wouldn’t let him use my card. Even though his name was on it. What’s the point of booking through Expedia in the name of the person who’s going to use the room, if the hotel is going unilaterally decide to change the terms of the booking! Disgusted!!”
