We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and the aqua park was fantastic—my son absolutely loved it and it added so much fun to our holiday. A special thank you to the Guest Relations Supervisor, Shadi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

We’ve been spending our summers at Rixos Premium Tekirova for 6 years now, and it honestly feels like our second home. The staff here are amazing: always smiling, genuinely welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The food is fantastic, everything is kept spotless, and the sea in Tekirova is just out of this world. They even surprised us with a lovely gift in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel so special and cared for. What really sets this place apart is that warm, family atmosphere. Saying goodbye was actually quite emotional for all of us this time. We’re already counting down the days until next year! A huge, heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making every single stay unforgettable.

This is our second year at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! Everything is perfectly set up for families to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Brilliant hotel we had the best holiday with our 7 month old baby, Great staff and lovely food options even the A'la Carte buffet was great which usually isn't at all inclusive hotels, having stayed at several Rixos hotels around the world we found this to be the best yet! Great idea having your own personal assistants via a whats app group chat they were always on hand for any thing we needed. We will definely be back soon!

We traveled with 2 little kids and been very impressed with this hotel. Amazing kids programme, kids club and afternoon/ evening shows! Very nice cocktails at the bars with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Lovely staff and ability to have assistance on whatsapp is a huge advantage. Highly recommend to attend sport classes outside with the view to the pool- something definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

The room was in good condition, in fact we were upgraded. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Specially Cihan always ready to help us when we needed. Now the downside on arrival we did not receive an introduction to the hotel, no map or what amenities they have, how the restaurants work nothing. Also the cleaners dont clean the room thoroughly, the floor was never mopped there was dirt on the marble flooring nor was the floor sweeped only the bare minimum. Cleaniness for a 5 start hotel should be higher. Food was not great, we were very dissapointed. We mainly ate the Turquoise buffet, food lacked flavour also not very hot, food should always be served piping hot, the food was luke warm.

The resort offers a variety of good food and great assistance only thru the app. However, the wooden walkways on the beach are rutted and uneven, posing a high risk of falls for tourists.Unfortunately, I had a fall and fractured my left 5th metatarsal . When I went to the Medical Office, they only offered ice and no doctor available, which I found unacceptable and risky for such a large Resort .

Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.

The outside kids pool was enjoyable. My daughter and her cousins had an amazing time inside. The water was a good depth & temperature - I believe it's heated. Great atmosphere and roller skate waiter service. Drinks, ice creams & snacks were on repeat! We never had to fight for sun beds either. There always seemed to be enough for us. We went in March so there wasn't a crazy amount of children around. Room service was okay. Not the best. Not a thorough clean of floors. Still sticky after a mop. One day they would come at 9, the next at 11. It was hard to get ready around their random schedules. Maybe work with a schedule for each floor to help us plan around. I loved the WhatsApp & Rixos app! There are multiple ways to contact staff for assistance and they usually arrive within good time. If I needed supplies, I would simply place an order through the app. I would however, suggest a much simpler option for guests who are much older. They may not be so familiar with downloading an app let alone navigating around it. It would be difficult for them to reserve ala carte restaurant and so forth. My mum is 60, and I didn't bother with showing her because it was a bit long winded. Turquoise - main buffet, bit boring. Not much flavourful food. Nicely presented but mostly bland. The drinks service is too slow. Please keep the waiters, but also create several areas where we can dispense drinks ourselves. That way it's the best of both worlds. Ala carte best for tasty food.

In summary, this resort offers a wide range of activities, entertainment, and dining options. The staff also try to help and address your needs; however, there are specific areas that require significant improvement. I am sharing this review not to criticize the facility or the staff, but rather to contribute to their efforts in improving service quality and attracting more guests. - It is essential for the staff, particularly the receptionists, to meet stringent proficiency requirements in English. As the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds, it is unreasonable to expect all visitors to speak Turkish. Effective English communication is fundamental in the hospitality industry, and the inability of the staff to answer basic inquiries—such as directions for shopping or details about the resort's facilities—cost us time and money and diminished our overall experience during our ten-day stay. - The quality of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages should be significantly improved. The ice cream house was also a disappointment. The variety was very limited, and their scoops are the size of a teaspoon. - While we were informed that children could be left at the kids' club for certain activities, the ten-minute ride from the main building to the kid’s club made it impractical for us to leave our children and return later for pickup. This situation hindered our ability to fully enjoy the offerings of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids club is for sure the best part of this resort. The service and food are great and we were even given assistants who would take our requests in a whatsapp chat and ech request was answered and fullfilled within 10 minutes max so sprecial gratitude goes to Polina and Koray

This was our first time at the hotel, previously we have been to Rixos in Belek. We have come here seeking for good KidsClub and related facilities which def.didnt disappoint here. When it comes ti children this place offers everything. Our kids (1&4) enjoyed it a lot, Rixy Club, kids pool area, kids shows, mini disco, workshops, it was all really great. As far as we adults are concerned the hotel is fine but in my opinion not on the level of Rixos in Belek. Rixos Belek although labeled the same as Premium feels more luxurious and modern. A lot of things here are outdated. Also some things are not in their best condition as for example showers in the renovated rooms. There is mold around the rubber of the shower doors,on the shower battery, etc.things that could and should be easily maintained at the hotel of this level. Furthermore, my biggest disappointment was the main restaurant which - again, for this level offers quite limited choice and variety. Often I didnt know what to eat for dinner. Here there is much space for improvement. Also, i have never been to a hotel where there is no fixed ice cream stand at dinner. I know there is an ice cream shop in the complex, but thats not the same. Even less prominent hotels have this. As far as staff is concerned they were great, everywhere. The beach is also beautiful and we enjoyed it. I would recommend it but I dont think that I would visit it again. For the price it needs to improve a lot. But we enjoyed it overall.
