No hay recepción, Check in y check out automáticos.

“Schönes Ambiente… leichter kontaktloser Check in… sehr sauber … leider war das Zimmer etwas feucht bzw. feuchtes Klima … lag wohl an der Deckenklima … ansonsten alles top … gerne wieder”

“Good things: most things are very clean, employees are polite. Negative things: As a gold member I have not received a room upgrade even though Expedia sent me a confirmation mail. I have also asked politely in the front desk but they said “I cannot do such things manually”. After double checking Expedia, I saw availability but was not given it.

“Everything was perfect”

“Housekeeping standard wasnt exactly up to my expectations. The lift broke down for 2 straight days without anyone repairing. Other than that, location was great! Very centralized and convenient but it also means very noisy especially on weekends.”

“Clean and modern great shower”

“At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. At the end of the walk there is a zip wire to descend above the rapids but this needs to be organised in advance. We slept well in great comfort and enjoyed the...
