I love how they’ve kept the history of the hotel! It’s beautifully maintained and clean. All of the staff were so kind and helpful, from something as small as a free coffee to walk the boardwalk or a handful of extra Nespresso pods from Miriam (housekeeping) because I love coffee!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Eldorado. The room is nice and clean. The staff is really helpful and checks on you often. There are a few swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) at the hotel that are spotless and fun for kids. We went to the pool everyday when we were there. It’s also nice to be right on the lake too. It has beautiful views.

Stag was very friendly and helpful. Wish the hotel would have mentioned that the boardwalk was closed and not able to be used, that is an important part of the hotel area. Our room was nice however needs some updating. The AC was so loud at night and had such a humm, we had to turn off.

This Hotel was pretty amazing. The view, restaurants, and pools were amazing. Not sure where the negative reviews come from?!? The only thing I can say is it’s always away from the downtown of Kelowna where everything is happening at night.
