The room was spacious with comfy bed , large TV, nice bath products, and good A/C. The bathroom had a big shower and was clean. I could walk to stores and restaurant at nearby mall and felt safe in the area. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold choices.

Breakfast offered a lot of good choices from eggs to cereal to fresh fruit. The room was clean throughout and the AC quiet and efficient. The staff was excellent in providing information and Dillan's recommendation for dinner was "spot on". The room price was very reasonable, and the indoor heated pool provide a relaxing afternoon.

Great place to stay while visiting Keene. This hotel is close to all the amenities Keene has to offer. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel looks as though it’s been recently updated. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff was kind. Dillion was eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely return to Elm City Hotel when we travel back to Keene, Nh.

We were not happy. The shades were see-through and an outside light kept us awake. The breakfast was poor. The property looks worn down from the outside as you arrive, the room was depressing. Considering what we paid, not good. I did appreciate being able to have my dog with me and nearby places to briefly walk her.

The Elm City Hotel is a great value in Keene. Rooms are modern and clean with very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast on Sunday was great, and it was "okay" on Monday. Sunday's breakfast included real eggs and sausage, while Monday's breakfast was egg product patties and dried-up frozen sausage. Still, decent breakfast offerings at this price point. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.
