Personally i hate automated check in and the pin numbers etc hadn't come through so I was stuck outside (with a couple of other new guests) for half an hour. No answer to the phone calls either. Real people might cost money but they determine how a place is perceived.”

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”

Grazie alla gentilezza del personale abbiamo infatti usufruito del ristorante al piano terra pur arrivando dopo le 20.45 e l’abbiamo trovato soddisfacente.
