“たまたまベッド下に落とし物が転がってしまい拾おうとしたら…前のお客さんの薬のゴミ、紙くずなどが出てきました。掃除しにくいところとはいえ、落とし物をすることもあるのでたまに掃除してほしいなと思いました。あと、大人5人で宿泊して、２人がベッド、３人が布団でしたが、１枚だけ明らかに薄いせんべい布団でガッカリしました。”

“AMAZING STAY! Run by a very cute and welcoming family. They are the 6th generation to run a Ryokan here in this 300 year old building. They are excellent hosts. They serve delicious dinners and breakfasts. The dishes and bowls they use are pieces of art in themselves. The property is full of interesting and skilfully made antiques. El baño pequeño como el de los aviones. Desayuno y onsen interior correcto. Con el check in recibes un código para abrir la puerta de la habitación y otro para entrar en el onsen. Bonitas vistas al pueblo de Iida.”
