“郊外の小さくて落ち着いたホテルです。窓が大きくて開放感があります。カーテンの遮光性は不十分なのでアイマスクが必要でした。寝具、洗面、シャワー、トイレは清潔で快適でした。部屋にはキャビネットとクローゼットがあり、スーツケースの荷物をそちらに移せば、暮らすように過ごせて快適でした。ガーデンビューの開放感のあるレストランで提供される朝食は、上品で美味しかったです。 スタッフさんは皆親切でした。 ホテルと同じ建物内に銀行が入っているのでキャッシングに便利でした。すぐ近くにスーパーやカフェレストラン、郵便局もありとても便利です。地下鉄の駅までタクシーなら5分、徒歩は28分かかりますが、ファミリーパーク内を抜けて歩いて行くルートは楽しめました。　またアルマトイに滞在するならこのホテルを選びます！”

“Nice new hotel but build is a bit shoddy, door frames don’t fit properly, tiles badly cut but this didn’t alter the experience. Very clean, near bus routes, helpful staff. We had issues with noise from other rooms but that was guests not the hotel. They did go and challenge when we informed them. Good value for money and for us was really central to where we wanted to go.”

“Great location to explore Botanic Garden on foot and city easily assessible with Yangex Go (UBER). The roof top terrace is a beautiful location to enjoy a cocktail or traditional pot of tea with stunning views! The meals and breakfast all good. Staff really helpful and friendly. Throughly enjoyed my stay. When I return to Almaty, I will stay again 😊”
