“Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience
Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area.
My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. ”

“Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that”

“Our stay at Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli, was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. . The service never felt mechanical or routine; there was a sincere effort from the entire team to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

“The location and view are excellent, especially the sunrise, which was probably the best part of the stay.
Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room were very disappointing. The mattress was completely torn at the bottom, and we were given a used, dirty towel. These are basic things that should not be overlooked, especially considering the price being charged.
For the amount you pay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The property definitely needs to improve...

“Lodge was okay, very difficult to find rooms. The Staff itself there is great but if you ask for Taxi etc, they will definitely overcharge you.
You are better off taking your own car.”
