This an excellent location. The property is a bit dated. The staff is very friendly. The bed is comfortable. My bathroom area was huge which we enjoyed. It makes the room larger as there is room in the bathroom for his and her closets. I would call it a 3 Star hotel not a 4 Star but the price is right and it is convenient

From the cleaner up to management the staff was amazing the rooms was cleaned every day so relaxing pool was clean and warm plenty areas and sunbeds available 3 mins walk to amazing kata beech 20 seconds from kata market and surrounding shops and amenities would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel has a fantastic location and otherwise friendly staff. The standard is decent, but it’s an older hotel that feels closer to 3 stars than 4. Having been to Thailand before and stayed at several hotels, we know well what to expect. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by two terrible female employees at the reception. It is unbelievable that they are allowed to work with that kind of behavior. Our child suddenly became very ill overnight and had to go to the hospital. We asked for a late check-out, even offering to pay for it, but they were completely unwilling to accommodate us – despite several rooms being available. That in itself could be understandable. However, it was the way they communicated, showing no empathy and being rude, that made the situation completely unacceptable. Because of this, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The waiters for breakfast very friendly helpful i asked on the 24th if thay could dress up in Christmas hats a clothing. Thay went one better and dressed as father Christmas with a big bag of sweets for the kids. And in the back ground Christmas music. Fabulous.

Amazing staff, great pool side rooms.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Thailand, at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. We chose to come back here as it suited our needs. It was close to everything, the pool access rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On our return journey I unfortunately slipped and broke my knee cap. The staff couldn't have been more helpful over the next few days when I was incapacitated. They really helped make a very uncomfortable situation so much more pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next visit to Thailand.

Cheap, decent rooms, lack of diversity

Affordable, no frills hotel in a good location. We received an upgrade to one of the larger room, but this meant we didn’t have a pool access room. Nonetheless, we were happy with more space. The hotel overall seems old and has its damages, it could do with a lot of refurbishment. Maybe the hotel closed down during covid and is in the progress of bringing itself back to glory. It is also hard to find for some taxi drivers and could do with better signage. One key notes I’d make aware to future guests about the hotel and the overall area is the heavy influence and migration of Russians since the beginning of their political conflicts which has led to a major lack of diversification in tourists, and the saturation of the local Thai presence and feel. The hotel staff were friendly, especially Tong who met us, learnt our names and was very helpful during our stay.

Vi har hatt et fint opphold her. Vi har oppholdt oss mye utendørs, men de gangene vi har vært på hotellet, som ved frokost og når vi skal sove, har det vært veldig bra. Frokosten var noe mangelfull i utvalg av pålegg til brødskive, men dette kan være grunnet at vi kom sent til frokost. Personalet var veldig snille og behjelpelig. Rommet var rent ved vasking, og de skiftet ut gamle håndklær med nye samt nye toalettartikler.
