Wonderful stay at Lae Lay Suites! The rooms are clean, bright, and very spacious, featuring large private balconies with lovely mountain and partial ocean views. The swimming pool is fantastic for cooling off, and the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. Excellent peaceful location that's quiet at night but still close enough to walk down to Karon and Kata Beach. Outstanding value for money—we will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional experience at Lae Lay Suites. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the property was a great bonus. Perfect setup whether you're relaxing for a few days or exploring the nearby beach and local spots. Would definitely return!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Lae Lay Suites—it felt like a quiet little sanctuary tucked away from the main resort crowds. Having a spacious suite with our own private balcony looking out over the hills and ocean was a huge highlight, especially for sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset. The staff treated us like family, and the prices were insanely reasonable for how much room we had. The only real caveat is that it's perched up on a hill, so after a long day at Karon or Kata beach, we usually just ordered a quick Bolt ride back up instead of doing the 15-minute uphill trek. Overall, if you want a peaceful, cozy hideaway with awesome views and don't mind a 2-minute ride down to the sand, it's an absolute gem for a couple's getaway.

I stayed 3 nights with my kids 19, 12 and 10. Very clean room and property in general. Breakfast was nice options for all of us, the had cereal, seafood, noodles, salad, coffee, tea, juice, toast etc. they offered shuttle to Kata Beach which was great. The shower was a little tricky to use and the mattress was firmer than I prefer. The pool was warm and lovely. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the main street and view of mountains. Quiet street and was good spot to stay with kids.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and with a balcony. I could sit out on the balcony for hours just admiring the view. The staff was very nice and the owner very hospitable. Upon arrival I hadn't eaten and I was offered a complimentary breakfast free of charge. I was also offered a free breakfast upon departure. The owner even sat with me as we chatted away the morning. I would without hesitation rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Cheers 😁

A great hotel, was clean, great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Quiet at night, easy 2 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Would happily stay again.

Clean linens and towels. Very ill kept property. Everything needed a deep clean. Workmanship was terrible. Pool was very dirty and water looked unsafe to swim in. Shower was broken and shower floor and bathroom was full of mold. STAY AWAY! I have pictures if you’d like to see them.

Wasn't Pleased

We stayed there for 5 nights. We had 2 rooms booked. The first room the air con did not work as we had to sweat whole night .. Made a complain but they didn't do anything on that day. The other room had the same issue as the air con didn't work and was told that it cannot be fixed. The WiFi works when it feels like .. The phone in all the rooms doesn't work so if you want to make a complain about something you have to walk down to the reception who was not friendly at all. Half the time they do not understand what I was saying ...
