We chose the hotel based on price and walkability from the rail station. We walked to the zoo and took tram to main areas due to heat wave. Excellent value. Comfortablebeds and well designed room. Great air conditioning! Appreciated the kettle and coffee. Karlsruhe felt very safe at night. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Great location to railway station and public transport. Easy to catch trams into Marktplatz etc. Safe area. Good variety of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. Our double or twin rooms are small, bathroom a good size. Bathroom has the all in one wash liquid soap/hair Shampoo. Lovely lounge reception area, cosy.

This is a great hotel in a great location. You're only steps from the train station, and downtown is totally walk-able. Also, there's parking both on-site and right across the street, and you're right by the autobahn. If you arrive by rail, and rent a car, Karlsruhe is a great location from which to set out on an exploration of the Black Forest. The tech museums in Sinsheim and Speyer are 20 minutes away. The staff here are fantastic, and the property is in excellent condition and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Staff Behaviour I have stayed at Premier Inn properties in different parts of the world before, and my previous experiences have generally been very good. Unfortunately, this particular stay was a completely different experience and was extremely surprising and disappointing. The room itself and the hotel facilities were absolutely fine. However, the attitude and behaviour of the staff member handling my check-in were extremely rude, condescending, and, in my experience, appeared discriminatory and racist. During check-in, he asked me questions in a manner that felt highly inappropriate and belittling, including whether I had ever stayed in a hotel before and what the purpose of my stay was. He then proceeded to explain basic things such as how to use the lift, in a way that felt unnecessarily patronising. I remained polite throughout and deliberately chose not to engage or escalate the situation. However, the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. A reputed hotel chain like Premier Inn should ensure that guests are treated with basic courtesy, dignity, and respect. Behaviour like this should not be acceptable from anyone representing the brand. I strongly urge the management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. I hope this is addressed seriously so that other guests do not have to experience similar treatment.

Friendly staff. Everything you need. Solid and clean. Parking at level-1 only 15€. Completely quiet room despite the proximity to the railway. Good breakfast. We will stay there next time for sure.

I travelled with wife and young Son.The Hotel is stones throw away from the Bahnhof. The location is calm and safe. Pleanty of parking space around,( paid and limited unpaid). The Staff are icing on the cake, sweet , responsive and very Helpful. Recommended for family. The rooms are small but manageable. We stayed for one week. Cleaning was done every two days as requested. The AC was not working ..this is was only negative point. The front office had no clue when the technician would come to rectify it.

Very cozy room and extremely comfy bed and pillows! The service was good and the location is a big plus, since the main station is few meters away. Everything clean, silent and spacious bathroom, the only bad side is the water pressure in the shower.

Really good. Quiet, comfortable room with fantastic shower. Nice reception and bar area that did a very decent cocktail. Right near the station, which is in turn a short tram or walk from Karlsruhe center. Excellent value. Compared to Premier Inns in the UK, which we are more familiar with, this is so so much better for much less cost! Thanks very much and keep up the great work.
