We had an amazing stay at TRS! The staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire trip. A special shoutout to our wonderful butlers, Ramón, Jose, and Maggie, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better! The bartenders made amazing drinks and were always so kind and personable, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job as well. The pool was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was everything we could have asked for. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we would highly recommend! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, our butler team was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, and the resort was clean and calm. We really enjoyed having access to so many different restaurants - it never felt like we were stuck eating the same thing as it sometimes can at all inclusives. We were very happy with our stay and would like to go back to this resort!

Staff was great and rooms were clean. TRS is a part of the Grand Palladium resort and many of the restaurants and amenities are spread out across the properties. This made it difficult to travel around the resort and experience all it had to offer

Overall the room was great! Loved all of the different pool options. Italian restaurant was the best. Most of the food was hit or miss honestly. The excursion was well worth the money. VIP bracelet is worth it to have access to spa everyday but you’ll still have to pay for massage

The stuff was very polite and attentive from the butler to the drivers that drive you around the property. Although you have to wait on a ride around the property the wait wasn't very long. The Food was good and they kept the drinks coming. Did get to enjoy the beach much because of the seaweeds but they have plenty of pools you will enjoy.
