The staff were all amazing, shout out to our butlers Fernanda, Katherine and Louis. Great food options all around, fun activities for each day of the stay. The swimming pools are very clean and wide without being too deep to give you concerns regarding kids safety. We only have wonderful things to say about our stay.

Staff were incredible, especially Jose at the Family Suites. He was very understanding of our situation with WestJet strike and did his best to make our stay at the resort as memorable as he could. Food was amazing with lots of choices from all 3 resorts. Highly recommend the Family Suites rooms with swim-up pools. Would go back again!

We love this resort, we have visited grand palladium like 12 times. Our room was amazing, building 40! Our butler's Julio and Luis were very helpful and friendly. Lizbeth, Maria1 and Maria2 at the family pool always great to see them, they are so kind. Same with Fernanda at the Nest and Viridiana always checking on us!!. They all make us feel like at home and we are always ready to come back. Thank you Palladium 😊

This is an excellent hotel. All the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our concierge, Raul Ocampo, is amazing, he went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. Helping us all the time with reservations, providing information for the shows, helped us receiving some packages from amazon that arrived to the hotel. Raul was very attentive to make sure we had an awesome stay. Thank you very much to Raul and all thw hotwl staff. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pools are amazing.

Everything about this property was amazing! The unlimited food and drinks were great, our butlers in the family selection were awesome. The only downside( which was a big one) was the beach was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. The whole stretch of beach was closed off and stink from a ridiculous amount of sargasso. I really wanted a beach vacation, and sadly that didn’t happen.

This property was absolutely stunning. If you are looking to stay in the jungle, I highly recommend staying at The Grand Palladium Kentenah.
