This was a wonderful hotel. Check in was easy. The hotel restaurant/bar was quite nice. The Beer Garden across the street was wonderful. Street car access was a definite plus. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel did not feel crowded.

It’s a brand new hotel on the outskirts of the city with lots of nearby construction. It was nice to have a view of the Missouri River. How the room was appointed could have been better - limited dresser space, open closet, lack of a desk, padded bench substitutes for a couch, the bathroom door gives limited privacy, and the room with the king sized bed was quite small. It would have been a nice amenity to have breakfast included, although coffee in the lobby was free.

Daily cleaning is rare anymore and they do a full daily clean each day which keeps the rooms and property in top shape. Five stars alone for this property still cleaning daily. Next to the river and trail is a great benefit.

From the minute we checked in (Thursday) to the day we checked out (Monday), the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful (especially Seniya!) The location is great (the free streetcar stops at the front door), the property is quiet and comfortable. Next time I'm in KC I will be back here!

I travel from St. Louis to Kansas City for every KC Current home game so I stay at this hotel regularly throughout the season. It’s become my home away from home, and a huge reason for that is Seniya at the front desk! Seniya is absolutely amazing! She remembers me by name, knows my room preferences, and has everything ready when I arrive. Her bubbly, friendly personality and attention to detail make every stay feel like a VIP experience. Exceptional service like hers is what keeps guests coming back! She is truly an asset to this hotel. On top of that, my room is always clean and easily accessible, making my frequent trips even more enjoyable and stress free. While there are sometimes cheaper hotels in the area, the exceptional customer service and cleanliness here make it worth paying a little more. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during my trips to Kansas City!

The front desk staff, the bar staff, and the bar manager (Ian?) were all exceptionally welcoming. While waiting to check in I witnessed the front desk staff handle a difficult check-in. They did with a smile and with appropriate laughter. Room was great. It was quiet. The river walk is right there. It’s an easy walk or street car ride to City Market. Only deduction is for the fountain that is in disrepair. Fix the fountain!

This is a phenomenal property! Very clean, very quiet, very welcoming. Nespresso machines in the room, dining on site, great water pressure, water gets hot quickly…believe me I know the importance of these! I travel for work and enjoy my peace and quiet, this location checked that box. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant was convenient and quick, not busy at any point during my visit. Nespresso machines and 4 capsules ready to go! Cute little pink mini fridge! Outdoor area is beautiful and right on the river. Surrounding properties still under construction so definitely more to come for this area.
