Overall the hotel is a great deal if you want a clean affordable hotel close to The Plaza and Westport. The rooms a clean, well maintained, comfortable beds. Staff seemed friendly and welcoming. It’s a no frills, good basic, hotel.

Good quiet sleep. Comfy firm bed. Great water pressure in thr shower. Clean well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful for both early arrival and late checkout.

I didn’t like anything they had to offer. The room was dirty and smelled of mold. The shower had mold all between the tiles and black hair all over the bathroom floor. The lamp shade on the floor lamp had black mold growing up the side of it. The windows were very dirty. AND… when we complained it did NO good whatsoever!! Upon checking out we were told we would no get our full deposit back! Do yourself a HUGE favor and book somewhere else!

The shower didnt work. The elevator didnt work. The vending machines didnt work. The cleaners didnt replace the towels. The doors were extremely loud when they were shut. The property is just over all terrible.
