“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

“It was comfy for a family. Good price, enough space and clean. The only odd we can think about is that it hasn't got Wi-Fi at the bedroom, only in the bar.”

“Very comfortable air conditioned room with plenty of space. Modern bathroom. Bed was only a double, but we still slept well. Some street noise can be heard from Shellharbour road, albeit nothing that would warrant not staying here. Outdoor tennis court and pool onsite. Only issue we can call out is air-con waste water exits onto patio/verandah and leaves walkways wet while also dripping over the balconey into car park. Overall good value for money and would stay there again.”

“You can park right in front of your room. Convienient and close to everything. I like the fact that it has a microwave oven and toaster for cooking,biscuits,coffee and tea facilities. The price is affordable compared to other accomodation in Wollongong.”
