This place is infested with cockroaches. Told the staff when we saw cockroaches in our first room. Got given a new room and still infested with cockroaches. We accept that the rooms are basic and dated for the price we paid. But it's not dirt cheap enough to expect customers to put up with cockroaches. Expedia should consider remove it from its listing.

素泊まりで格安なので仕方ないかな…といった感じです 洗面台の下のカバーが突然外れることが何度もあった 冷蔵庫に「ご自由に」と書いてあったり「私物を入れない」とあったり「自動ロックが５時にかかる」とあったりで何が何だか分からず混乱するシールは外して欲しい 暑い日だったので冷蔵庫は必要だったのでギリギリまでは使用したかった。なので朝４時半過ぎに起きて中身を出して再度寝たが結局ロックはかからなかった 駐車場をチェックイン前から貸して頂いたのはありがたかった

Not acceptable and severely overpriced

Check in was friendly and location was good. The cleanliness and condition of the property was bad to disgusting. There was a hole punched in the wall, the carpet was horribly stained and torn (major tripping hazard) both in the room and hallway, and various other maintenance concerns ignored. Furthermore, I was charged almost twice as much than some other guests (guest register was left on the counter with prices).

バイクを止める所が、空きビンのゴミ置場の前にて、回収に来るならバイクどかすから連絡くれる事になってましたが。来ませんでした。朝4時に見に行ったら、回収に来ていてゴミが無い状況です。まだ暗くて、バイクに傷が無いか確認出来てません。心配です。何か有れば連絡しますので、宜しくお願い致します。戸所

Camera spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi, ma gli arredi richiedono un aggiornamento. La signora alla reception parla solo giapponese, ma alla fin fine ci si capisce. 如果有在去金澤玩，會想在去住

洗澡必須去1F洗，是男女分開的澡堂 房間都有洗手間 老闆娘很好，離開的時候還會出來跟我們說謝謝 要進去女澡堂必須跟老闆娘拿鑰匙才可以進去唷！ 覺得這樣規定比較安全

優點：從金沢站步行約3分鐘到酒店、金沢站有便利店及食店等等、房間空間大、價錢合理 缺點：職員態度不佳、酒店老舊、房間有損毀而沒有整修、走廊燈光不足 若想方便、節省旅費的，可以選此間，否則可以選其他，因沒有甚麼設施（溫泉也要18:00～24:00才可以浸，早上沒辦法享用）；行李寄存亦說明有任何損壞及遺失，一慨不負責任（行李只放在接待處，亦沒有職員看管，而接待處長期沒有職員，有人check-in時，按鐘及大叫‘有無人’，職員才會出現）。

金沢駅東口から徒歩5分くらいです。レセプションのおばちゃんがとてもフレンドリーでした。また時間によってはチワワのくーちゃんもお出迎え、お見送りしてくれます。 入ったところに琴が置いてあり、自由にさわれますし、夕方？には演奏もしているようです（今回は時間が合いませんでした）。 周りに食事をするところもたくさんあり、滞在に困ることはないと思います。
