“The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. ”

“We upgraded to lower room closer to beach was quiet.”

“good location, near many eateries and linked to food court and street market catering for all dietary requirements.

“The beach is about a kilometre away, room is small and has a small table, no space to put out your clothes , staff excellent place clean ”

“The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good.”

“Requests not fulfilled. Requested for water, not brought to me until chased up. Request for plastic bag not provided even though reception said someone would.”

“Very good location ”

“Love the venue with the Mall besides it, the pool and gym. Not really crowded and its a good place to travel for a peaceful holiday”
