“Spacious rooms and tidy place. You will meet the cutest and friendliest cat in the lobby my daughters had great fun playing with. There was a small incidental omission on part of the management and they insisted on providing rent free room for the next 24 hrs and would not accept payment. Very nice people. ”

“Rooms are cleaned and modem, and the staff are nice however you will need some patient to tell them what you need / want. Maybe is just culture difference. Overall is a good hotel to stay in. ”

Habitación con la tele rota y 1 días sin servicio de limpieza y el wifi muchas veces no funcionaba lo más importante que la habitación está llena de hormigas . No la recomiendo para nada y lo que hice es reservar en otro hotel y cambiar”

“Excelente en todo sentido. A pesar de ser un edificio que se nota que tiene sus años esta bien mantenido. Destaco la atención del personal, TODOS son extremadamente amables, un placer tratar con ellos. El desayuno es bueno, variado y todo rico en general. El área de la piscina super limpia, muchas reposeras. Lo único en contra la playa, no es muy bonita, pero si no vas exclusivamente a hacer playa esta bien. En resumen, diría que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio.”

“The Hilton Double Tree is a quiet and clean property with great staff located just a short 10 min drive from the busier Natu Ferringhi area. This is a great property for families with children and there are family rooms (connecting doors) available. There is a small beach across from the hotel that is quiet but suitable for beach activities. ”
