Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!

部屋についている温泉に関して、最初は水ですがしばらく蛇口を開けておけば、暖かい温泉が出て来ますとの事だったが、5分経っても水のまま。結局部屋風呂は使わずに大浴場に行きました。楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。 また、値段と比例していない料理。 品数は多いものの、ひとつひとつが本当に少量で、味も含めてかなり微妙でした。 リピートは無いと思います。

非常滿意的體驗！員工非常親切又很專業，房間非常舒適，一進房間就有淡淡的木頭香，室內湯房很療癒，而且已經放好熱水讓旅客一入住就可以泡進溫泉並欣賞風景，而且一直恆溫，讓我們讚嘆不已！還有很多令人驚嘆的貼心小物，真的一定要給五顆星！日式早餐很有氣氛，也很好吃！而且一天比一天豐富太滿意了👍預約的車站接送服務也很滿意，服務人員也是一級棒，完全賓至如歸，下次一定會再來💗

友達4人での旅行でした。 部屋が広く掘りごたつ、そして源泉の檜風呂付。部屋での源泉風呂は初めてでしたので、とてもゆっくりできました。 食事も個室で、なにより食べ物が美味しい！ チェックアウト時間も11時と、とてものんびり温泉旅行を満喫できました。

内風呂が、温泉になっている旅館は、珍しく、１０分程度で内風呂で温泉に入れます。素晴らしい！！。 内風呂なので、天候に左右されず、暑い日も、寒い日も問題ありません。
