I punti negativi sono la mancanza di aria condizionata , la scarsità di prese elettriche, la difficoltà di aprire i vetri delle finestre, alcuni particolari trascurati come la rottura completa della seghetta del water. Da specificare che si parcheggia lungo la strada principale.”
